About the Class - Slow Flow Yoga (45 mins)
Step away from your day, slow down and connect to your breath and body. Expect gentle and slow movements, breathing exercises and mindful meditation. Classes run from 11-11:45 every Wednesday, followed by a casual hangout with Fitler Moms.
About the Instructor
If you took part in our Yoga in the Park series last year, then you know that Melissa is fantastic! She brings an authentic, positive energy and sense of humor while challenging her students’ bodies, minds and focus. She is a 200-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, she received her training from Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia, and she is an instructor with OMM Yoga Studio, a virtual studio with outdoor options.
Classes will be held outdoors and are limited to fifteen (15) participants in order to maintain social distancing. Masks are required when coming and going and when distancing is not possible; masks can be removed once you are on your mat. Anyone presenting with a fever, cold or flu symptoms may not participate in class. Please bring your own mat and water.
Registration is for the entire 6-week series only (5/12/21-6/16/21). Please note that all registrations are final and non-refundable. In the event of a class cancellation due to inclement weather, the instructor will notify the class via email the night prior; makeup classes may be held virtually. OMM Yoga Studio requires that a liability waiver be signed prior to participating in the class.
