About the Class - Slow Flow Yoga
Expect a slower and gentler version of a yoga flow class with a focus on breath, mindful and intentional movement, and fun. The class is accessible, slow and steady, energizing, and restorative. Come connect with your yourself, your breath, and your community. Classes are 45 minutes long, followed by an optional meet-and-greet with Fitler Moms.
About the Instructor
Melissa is a 200 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and received her training from Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia. She brings enthusiasm, humor and positive energy to her classes and provides a non-judgmental and fun space for her students to practice and play while challenging their bodies, minds and focus. Melissa is an instructor with OMM Yoga Studio, a virtual studio, with outdoor options, that supports its students and teachers and provides a space for mindful movement, unity through breath and intentional practices. Classes will be held outdoors and are limited to ten (10) participants in order to maintain 6 feet of social distancing. Masks are required when coming and going and when distancing is not possible; masks can be removed once you are on your mat. Anyone presenting with a fever, cold or flu symptoms may not participate in class. Please bring your own mat and water.
Registration is for the entire 6-week series only (9/30/20-11/4/20). Please note that all registrations are final and non-refundable. In the event of a class cancellation due to inclement weather, the instructor will notify the class via email the night prior; makeup classes may be held virtually. OMM Yoga Studio requires that a liability waiver be signed prior to participating in the event.
