About the Workshop
Ashley Reid, Owner of Active Mom Fitness, is partnering with MomConnect for a virtual workshop to help you feel stronger and more confident after pregnancy. Through discussion and light movement we’ll address core strength, prioritizing fitness, and feeling good after having a baby!
- Identify safe, effective ways to rebuild core strength and function (including abdominal separation and pelvic floor)
- Understand what it really means to train for the sport of motherhood (no more injury or pain)
- Tips to prioritize fitness while balancing the demands of family
About Ashley & Active Mom Fitness
Ashley Reid is an Exercise Physiologist and Pre/Postnatal Wellness Practitioner. She helps moms-to-be stay active during pregnancy and helps new moms rebuild and return to fitness after having a baby. Using her background in strength and conditioning (and her own experience as a mom!), Ashley trains moms for the sport of motherhood. Join Ashley and the community of moms getting stronger and more confident with each workout either online or in-studio www.activemomfitness.com.
The session will last about 1 hour, but feel free to come and go as you need to. Attendance is free, but an approved login is required to register. Zoom info will be sent to you in a confirmation email. Please note that this event will be recorded so that members may view the recording at a later time on the member portal.
