Fitler Moms presents Creative Movement with Little Movers
Ideal for ages 1-3, Little Movers is a 6-week class that focuses on promoting healthy bonds between loved ones and littles through movement and song. Board certified dance movement therapist, Ashley Rakay, MA BC-DMT, LPC, has created an experience even more valuable than your average kids’ music class. For 45 minutes each week, your toddler will have fun moving and singing while learning about self-expression, feelings, body awareness, and regulation for transitions.
